After a tornado struck the Jessieville School District campus in January 2023, first responders discovered they could not reliably use their radios from inside the school building—a critical communication gap during an emergency. Similar challenges were identified by other school districts across Garland County, Arkansas, highlighting the need for stronger in-building connectivity.
